Experience it all
Team leaders, couriers and sorting employees: everyone has their role in our logistics process. At our sorting centers, therefore, it is a busy place - day and night. So if you want to learn all facets of the operation, you have to be on the floor. So this is where all our trainees start, eventually going on to work as supervisors or in other managerial roles.

Don't worry: we won't just throw you in at the deep end. While you get to know the company step by step, you'll be intensively guided by a mentor for the first year and a half. That's plenty of time to understand all the processes and develop your leadership qualities. You can always turn to your fellow trainees, whom you'll see regularly during training and intervision sessions. This way, you gradually grow into your role as a supervisor and before you know it, you'll be leading your own team. Does this sound like your cup of tea?
