Why can’t I see the Agreed Place option?

In some cases, we do not offer this option:

  • The sender can choose to disable delivery to an Agreed Place. In this case, you will not see the option under "Make a different arrangement."
  • For certain services, Agreed Place is not available, such as when an age verification is required upon receipt, or if delivery can only be made with a code.
  • If your parcel is on its way to a DHL ServicePoint, you can no longer change the delivery preference.
