How can I send a parcel?
- Open the My DHL app and click on 'Send'.
- Choose the service 'Standard' or 'Express' and select the weight of your parcel.
- Fill in your details and the recipient's details.
- Choose how you want to receive the label. If you want to drop off the parcel at a DHL Locker, select 'Print Label'. If you choose a digital label, then drop off the parcel at a DHL ServicePoint.
- Pay with iDeal or credit card and bring the parcel to a DHL Point. We'll take care of the rest!

Using our online service to send your parcel? For parcels sent to addresses in the Netherlands, you don’t need a printer! This means you can now sort out the shipment from your phone. Select the ‘no printer at home’ option in the shipping service, and hand your parcel in at a DHL ServicePoint. Scan the QR code, and we will provide the shipping label. Sorted in a jiffy!
