Customs and import rules
What you need to know about Spain

Spain is a member of the EU and enjoys free movement of goods, so you don’t need to fill out a customs declaration. However, some items are subject to import restrictions or bans, such as counterfeit goods, dangerous goods, ivory, and fur. The European Union has conveniently compiled a full list on its website.
