I don't have a pickup code for the DHL locker, what can I do?

If you can't retrieve your package from the DHL parcel machine because you don't have the pickup code, follow the steps below.

  1. Check your spam folder 
    Please check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes the email with the pickup code ends up there.
     
  2. Double-check the location 
    Make sure your package has indeed been delivered to the parcel machine. It's possible that the courier redirected it to another (staffed) DHL ServicePoint. This could be due to a malfunction of the parcel machine or if there was no available locker for your package. Therefore, check on track and trace to see at which pickup point your package is located. For a staffed pickup point, you don't need a pickup code.
     
  3. Contact customer service
    If your package has indeed been delivered to a parcel machine and the code isn't in your spam folder, please chat with our customer service. Make sure you have the tracking number of the package at hand. Customer service will ensure you receive a pickup code as soon as possible.
