We will keep your parcel for a maximum of 5 days at a DHL ServicePoint. As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, we will notify you, and after two days, we will send you a reminder.
You can always use track and trace to see how long your parcel has been ready for collection.
If your parcel has been at a DHL ServicePoint for 5 days, it will be returned to the sender.
