Just a few things to keep in mind: the longest side of the parcel may be up to 120 cm, and the other sides must not exceed 60 cm. It may weigh no more than 20 kg, and the maximum volume is 240 liters (length × width × height / 1000). You can include the return label with the shipment, or email it to the recipient. Alternatively, they can create the return online and easily print the label themselves.
