Submit a claim

As a logistics service provider we offer the best care possible for your shipments. Unfortunately, it's alway possible that something goes wrong: your shipment could be damaged. Always report damages as soon as possible with our customer service, so you'll receive a case number. Then fill in the form below. We aim to process your claim within five working days.

Did you ship your parcel within the Benelux?
To claim shipments outside of the Benelux, you need a case number. Contact our customer service.
Did you ship your shipment with the Extra Assured option?
In case your shipment was sent within the Netherlands, DHL is liable for €3,40 per kilo (AVC). For international shipments DHL is liable for approximately €10 per kilo (CMR).
