What if the parcel isn’t at the Agreed Place?

It may happen that you were expecting a parcel but can't find it at the agreed place around your home. What should you do?

  • Check the delivery status in the My DHL app or on track and trace. The courier may not have arrived yet.
  • Look at the details at the bottom of the track and trace page. It’s possible that the courier did not find the agreed place secure enough. Keep this in mind for next time.
  • If the courier couldn't deliver the parcel, they will leave a card in your mailbox, and you’ll receive an email with information about the next delivery attempt.
  • If track and trace shows that your order was delivered to the agreed place but you can’t find the parcel and your housemate doesn’t have it, contact customer service.
