Handing your return to the courier
Are you receiving a parcel at your door and want to return it right away? In some cases, you can hand the return parcel to the courier at the time of delivery. This option must be enabled by the sender. Please check with the webshop or sender whether this is available for your shipment.
Return pickup at your home
Some webshops offer the option to have your return collected from your home. This is only possible if the sender creates a pickup request with DHL. Please contact the webshop where you are returning your order to arrange this.
