Returns Denmark - Instructions

1. Packaging
Please pack your return shipment in a stable package. The outer packaging must be sturdy. The heavier or bulkier the shipment, the tighter and more stable the goods must be packed. The packaging must not have any visible damage and, if necessary, must be reinforced with adhesive tape.

2. Label
Please attach the return label to the package so that it is clearly legible. Please make sure that the label is not stuck over several sides of the package. If you stick the label on the old package, please attach the new label so that the old label is completely covered.

3. How to return
Disclaimer: This shipment cannot be dropped off at lockers.
a) If your parcel is smaller than 20 kgs, Length 150 cm, Length + circumference 300 cm, you can return it via one of our many delivery shops. You will find an overview of our Bring PickUp Points (pakkeshops) here: www.bring.dk/kort

b) If you have downloaded the Naerboks app, it is also possible to return your parcel via one of our parcel lockers by following the instructions in the app. Please note that only the parcel lockers specified in the app can be used for returns.
c) If your parcel is heavier than 20 kgs or exceeding Length 150 cm, Length + circumference 300 cm, please contact Bring's Customer Service to order a mail pickup: [email protected] or by phone +45 70 28 60 70 to arrange a pickup time.

4. Receipt
Once you have dropped your parcel into one of the ServicePoints you will automatically receive a receipt by email sent to the email address provided for the original delivery. The email will contain the parcel information for tracking and is a proof of handover.

5. Track & Trace
As soon as you have dropped off your parcel, you can track it by entering your shipment ID: www.dhl.com/tracking
