Return Instructions

Packaging
Please pack your return shipment in stable packaging. The outer packaging must be sturdy. The heavier or bulkier the shipment, the more securely and firmly the goods must be packed. The packaging must not have any visible damage and, if necessary, must be reinforced with adhesive tape.

Label/QR code
A. Label: If you have the return label at hand, simply stick it on top of your parcel so that it is clearly legible. Please make sure that the label is not stuck over several sides of the package and that the barcodes are easy to scan.

B. QR code: If you are returning your parcel with a QR code, simply show the QR code at a DHL ServicePoint, and the label will be printed for you.
