Returns Lithuania

1. Packaging
   Please pack your return shipment in a durable outer packaging (cardboard box). If the goods are breakable, be sure to use additional inner packaging. The packaging must not have any visible damage and, if necessary, must be reinforced with adhesive tape.
    
2. Label
   Stick the return label on one side of the package so that it is clearly legible (do not fold it over). If you are using the old packaging, attach the return label so that the old label is completely covered or remove the old label.

4. Return confirmation
   No additional receipt confirmation is provided after locker drop-off as the sender already received an email confirmation upon locker reservation, which includes relevant parcel information.

   As soon as you have dropped off your parcel, you can track it by entering your shipment ID: www.dhl.com/tracking
