Return Instructions
1. Packaging
Please pack your return shipment in stable packaging. The outer packaging must be sturdy. The heavier or bulkier the shipment, the more securely and firmly the goods must be packed. The packaging must not have any visible damage and, if necessary, must be reinforced with adhesive tape.
2. Label
Label: If you have the return label at hand, simply stick it on top of your parcel so that it is clearly legible. Please make sure that the label is not stuck over several sides of the package and that the barcodes are easy to scan.
Label-less: If you received a digital return barcode, printing is not required. Simply present the barcode at any post office, where a staff member will print and attach the label for you.
Please note: Label-less returns are currently not supported at 24/24 PackUp Lockers, as manual intervention is required to print the label.
3. How to return
Labelled: You can find a Post Luxembourg ServicePoint where you can drop off your return via this link: psf.dhl.com
