Returns Romania - Instructions
1. Packaging
Please ensure that the return package is packed in a stable packaging. The outer packaging should be sturdy enough to protect the goods during shipment. If the shipment is heavy or voluminous, the goods must be packed tightly and securely. The packaging should not have any visible damage, and if necessary, it should be reinforced with adhesive tape.
2. Return label
Please stick the return label to the package in a clear and legible manner. Ensure that the label is not attached to multiple sides of the package. If the label is being placed over an old label, please completely cover the old label with the new one.
3. Shipping the return via Cargus
Note: It is not possible to drop off the package at Cargus Lockers.
- Standard option: SHIP & GO Cargus Points for returns up to 37×40×60 cm / 15 kg. To return the package, you may drop it off at one of the SHIP & GO Cargus points. This is the quickest method for returning the package. Find the nearest Cargus SHIP & GO Point by visiting www.cargus.ro/personal/locatii-shipandgo/
- Home pick-up by Cargus courier – only for exceptional cases when packages exceed the dimensions 37×40×60 cm and 15 kg physical weight. If you are in this situation, you may request pickup from your address. Contact Cargus customer service at 0219330 with your AWB number.
4. Delivery
After delivering the package using either of the two options above, you will receive a receipt containing information related to the delivery.
5. Track & trace
As soon as you have dropped off your parcel, you can track it by entering your shipment ID: www.dhl.com/tracking
