Returns Sweden - Instructions

1. Packaging
Please remove any old labels and barcodes from your package or cross them with a black marker. If you no longer have the original box, make sure to use a sturdy packaging. The heavier or bulkier the shipment, the tighter and more stable the goods must be packed. The packaging must not have any visible damage and, if necessary, must be reinforced with adhesive tape.

2. Label
If you have the Return Label at hand, just stick it on top of your parcel so that it is clearly legible. Please make sure that the label is not stuck over several sides of the package and that the barcodes are easy to scan.
In case you received a QR code for returning your shipment, no label printing is needed. Just show the QR code at the DHL Service Point and the label will be printed for you.
