If you don't have the code to collect your parcel from a DHL Locker, please go through the following step-by-step plan:
1. Check the DHL app
Open the My DHL app and go to the “Receive” screen. If your parcel is ready for pickup in a locker, you’ll find the collection code listed with the shipment. Don’t see the shipment yet? Simply add it using your tracking number.

2. Check your spam
Look in your email junk folder. The email with the collection code sometimes ends up in spam.
3. Double-check the location
Verify that your parcel was actually delivered to a locker. Sometimes our courier may redirect it to another (manned) DHL ServicePoint—for example, if the locker had a technical issue or there was no compartment available for your parcel. Check your track & trace carefully to see which collection point your parcel is at. For a manned DHL ServicePoint, you don’t need a collection code.
4. Contact customer service
Was your parcel delivered to a locker and the code wasn’t in your spam? Then please chat with our customer service. Make sure you have your tracking number ready. Our team will ensure you receive a collection code as soon as possible.
